Are you still experiencing this issue?

 

If you are still facing this issue, can you try the following procedure and see if you can fix the problem?

1. Delete all the PRO related Files that you have

2. Flush the trash bin

3. Re-download the game here

 

If the following procedure doesn't solve your problem, try the additional procedures written below one by one and see if it solves your problem

1. Use VPN upon logging into the game

2. Turn off your firewall before logging into the game

3. Turn off all your other programs before logging into the game
