My Azurill isn't evolving. It's definitely been at 255 happiness and I double checked at lvl 98 before levelling up and it still hasn't evolved. Now am I stuck with an Azurill? I spent ages looking for good IVs and EV training 😧 It's Lvl 99, can this be fixed so I can still get Azumaril?

In PRO, happiness evolution only occurs when your Pokemon's happiness reaches the point 255 and other certain conditions are satisfied (if applicable for a Pokémon). In this case, your Azurill doesn't need any other condition to meet except attaining the 255 happiness point again. Also, please note that the level of your Pokemon has nothing to do with any of the happiness evolutions.

 

So now, to trigger happiness evolution again, can you please try to decrease the happiness of your Azurill, by fainting it in a wild battle, and reach 255 happiness again? This should trigger the evolution.
