Shadow Realm - Forlorn Nesting Grounds - Main Account no access but ALT has access

Featured Replies

Hello - before the month ended I was able to run the Shadow Dungeon for both my Main and ALT account with my guild to be able to have access for the month of June. However, my Main Account doesn't have access and yet my ALT account does... Main account is (StraightUpAxes) and ALT is (SUA). I technically should have access on both accounts, please help resolve or at least explain why I am not allowed in on the Main Account.

Hey @Straightupaxes,

sorry for the late reply.
The case was forwarded for investigation and the solution is rather simple: You didn't had a good enough run with your main account in order to have access to the Shadow Dungeon.

Kind regards~
