This has happened to me just now and I think it's very serious because I accidentally turn my tentacruel into mega diancie. I'm not sure how I did this, I was using protect baiting my opponents with it and I turn on mega evo button but I decided to switch into tenta and he actually mega evo into mega diancie

Our Dev has looked into the case and applied a fix for it, though it might take some time for the fix to be updated on the live server. Please kindly let me know if you ever run into it again.
