I'm a service person who trains EV and LVL , while I train LVL and EV, that person is offline, how can I contact him to give pokemon back to that person.

It is generally recommended to wait for a minimum of 2-3 days to allow the other person to come online and meet in-game for a trade. During this period, both parties should make a effort to coordinate and schedule a time that is mutually convenient. Having each other's Discord may help in this. 

 

However, if for any reason, after this designated period, the other person fails to come online or you are unable to meet in-game at the agreed-upon time, we encourage you to report the issue to us here. Please try provide proper evidence to support your claim, such as screenshots or chat logs of in-game trade agreement and that demonstrate your attempts to schedule the trade and the other person's lack of response or availability (optionally).

 

By submitting a report with the appropriate evidence, our Trade Moderators will be able to review the situation and take appropriate actions as necessary.
