What have you done before the problem was there?

i was playing and then the screen blurred and i got kicked out. i tried to relog in, but the waiting queue window didnt open. because of the "ghost queue" thing i waited for a few minutes then i clicked again on logging ing, the queue window opened and after the waiting time ran out and i was in position 0, the queue window closed and nothing happend when i clicked on logging in again..

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i read the faq, checked if im banned and asked people in the forum, they told me to write to the support, because my account could be in a indeterminate state.

to add, i play on windows 10 or android tablet, my friends account is working well, only mine is not working. so i think its smth wrong with my account.

okay now after waiting in the queue for like 5 times, its working again ^^
