What have you done before the problem was there?

I was checking boxes for lost pokemon in the goldenrod mart basemnet.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have tried Alt+tab

I have tried /ref

I have tried waiting 48+ hours for servers to reset

I have made a post on this forum

I don't have escape rope

I cant battle with other players to faint

Description and Message

While I was looking for the lost pokemon and lagged a little, when I resynced I was way off the floor -https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=145156#p145156

I need in game support to move me back onto the floor or at least correspond with me to resolve this issue as I haven't had any support from staff for 48+ hours and I really want to play this game.
