Can someone explain to me how the nature sync works? Do i need a special pokemon which im using against the mew, if yes how do i get a adamant "special sync pokemon"?

Pokemon with ability Synchronize increase the chance of wild Pokemon by 50% to have same Nature as your Synchronize Pokemon.

All you need to do is to put it on 1st slot on your team and it can either alive or fainted.

 

There are many Pokemon with Synchronize ability like Natu, Abra, Ralts.

Example - Synchonize Adamant Abra: 50% more chance that wild Pokemon will have Adamant nature.
