Wq mysterious ticket

Hello i completed the wq on silver the 0.5% then i transferred to gold then did the 0.5% as i haf asked before on the support in discord and was told was possible in previous wq to be exact the one with larvesta that i gpt mysterious ticket from both servera yesterday after i finished on gold i tranfered back to silver and the mysterious cutlist npc wasnt interracting properly and told me to contact the support afterwards i tranfered back to gold where th npc reaxted properly and was telling my progress i waited until it was finished i got the mysterious ticket i tranfered to silver and the npc says master doesnt require your service and didn't give me any mysterious ticket prior to this. Is it bugged or thus means i wont get the mysterious ticket and you cant tranfer anymore to get the ticket from both servers?

Same problem with me too....even i finished the quest in both servers i could not get both mysterious tickets!
