Exp Share Not Added Back To My Inventory

My Exp Share did not return to my inventory! I was trying it out on a trash pineco that I ended up binning with exp share, I thought it had returned to my inventory. A few hours later, I realize it did not in fact return to my bag! At first I thought it was a reroll but I talked to the aides in every region and they didn't give me another exp share, they just say the standard 'Howdy! How's your adventure going' dialog. 

 

I checked my pc box to see if the pineco holding exp share was really deleted, it was. I checked all my mons too see if I had given it to some other pokemon that I forgot about. Couldn't find it. Is there any way I can get it located/ restored on my account?
