I havent seen smth similar to that, if theres some suggestion already, then my older brother did this thread here. ( Kappa )

 

Anyway, atm u can only queue for ranked while in Pokecenter & u cant do anything else.

 

Idk if that would be possible, but if you could just queue ranked on the whole map , and once it pops and u find an opponent u get 1-2min to take ur team from a "pokebox" that pops up or something, and afterwards the battle starts.

 

Im pretty sure like this there would be more people playing PvP 24/7. Idk if its possible or already suggested, but yea. Would also make the grinding more enjoyable cuz u are actually waiting for something.
