Hi, I made a request to change my name about +30 hours ago and still nothing, can you solve it please?

At present, all name change requests are exclusively managed by our Game Masters (GMs) on an individual basis. Given the substantial workload carried by our GMs, there could be instances when the process of changing names exceeds the originally stipulated duration of 48 hours.

thank you so much Yverneas, i have a question, actually its been over 60 hours i believe, just so in undestand is there a waiting list?

As I mentioned earlier, the name change requests are subject to delays due to the heavy workload of our Game Masters. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

 

Again, I am really sorry, but I cannot provide a specific timeframe for when your request will be processed. However, please be assured that while there might be a delay, your request will eventually be addressed. Once our Game Masters have the time, they will attend to your request as well.
