How to receive the macho brace for 20k can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkSh9kpF4ZE&ab_channel=NBKGaming . If you have done this small quest and are still looking for a macho brace to buy you can go to the trade chat and type: wtb macho brace for 20k. People selling one will private message you in game.
