Hey! I havent played for like 3 months, and now that i want to come back, the client pops up and say that i need verification for the new device. When i log into my mail, i dont have any mails to verify my device :(. Please help :)

Same but you probably need to change ur email like me but no administrator want to answer lol

I already changed my email, and nothing happens 😞

Mostly the problem is the fact that the mail got sent to your mail but landed in your spambox, unwantedbox, ..

 

 

I had this issue aswel and just had to find the correct box. So dive into your entire emailbox and make sure its not there.

yes, i had the same problem with another account, and the mail was in spambox. now with this account, i dont recieve the email 😞

This might sound strange but deleted all your emails , for some reason i wasnt recieving emails myself until i did this not sure if it works for Pro tho but worth a try

by delete i mean your inbox and NOT your account...
