You are free to create another auction, this time following the Auction Rules Quote Auction Rules 8. End point must be clearly stated before the auction has started. This cannot be changed once the auction has begun. Now onto other matters, @Ac7 stick to your complaint where your concerns will be handled privately and keep this kind of behaviour away from other people's auctions, especially without knowing the facts. That being said, don't take matters into your own hands, there is a report button and appropriate sub-forums for a reason. More generally to everyone who decided to comment: If @Dlinknotgood decides to make a new auction, any more of this kind of behaviour will be met with formal punishment, read the Forum Rules.
