When I went to the lavender dungeon, an error message appeared but I couldn't take a picture. as soon as I finished and got out of there all key items and hm/tm were gone. I need help.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and understand your frustration.

To be summarized; 

1. You got error message when you were about to enter Lavender dungeon

2. After you finished Lavender dungeon, all your key items were gone

3. You could not use Cut on a tree even your Pokemon learnt Cut move
