I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're currently experiencing. As the 2 Factor Authentification (2FA) (an additional security to protect PRO players' accounts) has been enabled, some people might see themselves unable to log into their account due to not receiving the email or not having access to the email adress linked to their PRO account.

Sadly, there isn't much I can do to help you, as you already posted on the 2FA Subforum. Very few people can take care of those issues, and they also have their real life obligations, as well as other staff duties. The only thing I can do is ask you to be patient, as your post will be replied to by the adequate Staff members, which will help you resolve the issue.
