need help with my request, how long does it take on the lost email change issue?
because it's been more than 18 hours, and none help.
I really want to play again, but I can't because of my email that was canceled, I already put a post on [ 2FA ] - EMAIL RECOVER & ASSISTANCE and 18 hours without any response.

Some people have been waiting 2 weeks an I've been waiting 6 day. They will tell you to just be patient an are short staff. Good luck

I am sorry for the inconvenience you're currently experiencing. However, I fear I cannot help on this specific topic. Very few Staff members have access to the 2FA subforum, and there are dozens, if not hundreds of posts they need to take care about. At the end of the day, they can't take care of everything instantly, as they have other staff duties aswell as their real life obligations, so the time needed to solve the problem will depends on their availability.

Did you have any other question related to that topic?

yeah i think the game lose a  huge number of players due to this. A lot of people want to come back to the game after this email things can’t play the game and lose interested cause of this.Should have been something staffs consider to fix this problem
