According to Rule #2 of our Overall Game Rules, a user is allowed to have a maximum of four accounts. In those four accounts, you can play in both servers, totalling up to 8 characters. Exceeding this limit by any means would be violating our rules, potentially resulting in a ban. I hope this answers your question.
