Didn't get back Raiku from nikola.

After beating Raiku guardian, I had a chance to catch Raiku. When I BattlednRaiku..I forgot to use Master Ball.And It used roar .and battle ended I went to Nikola.. For catching Raiku again.

 

And I beat him .He said it went back to its place..I went back to Raiku guardian..But it wasn't there .I looked in mount silver .It wasn't there..

 

So what Am I supposed to do now??

To have another chance to catch Raikou, you'll need to battle with the Raikou Guardian once more. Each win will have 16.6% chance to spawn the Raikou. At the 3rd consecutive win, you can choose to spawn it with a 100% chance, instead of another win streak reward.
