I am sorry it took so long for an answer.

The time that may take for an email change can't really be determined, because us staff are doing this voluntarily, which means it is on our free time and we may not always have the time to look at everything all the time. It may also require more time due to in-depth investigation on the matter. With that being said, I hope that it answers your question and that you can understand the time it took.
