Hi! I went in the wrong direction, ran out of Halloween candies. When can I collect new ones in Murky Town.

Try to interact with every NPC in the Murky Town, you will get another five Halloween Candies eventually. Given that gatekeepers only ask for five Halloween Candies and one can have them up to ten, it is possible that you have missed a few NPC in the Murky Town.
