I just wanted to start the game

I deleted the game and downloaded it again

I downloaded the game and was about to start it.. but the loading screen stopped everytime when it was on "Loading Hats, Hats, Did I say Hats?". I dont know what to do :( I waited 4 hours but it was still at this point ...
