Caelestya Posted October 10, 2023 Share Posted October 10, 2023 Hello @Marcosdm1771996. You can find the Sludge Bomb TM (Bomba Lodo) in Dewford Town, for 5k each. To buy them, you must have beaten the 5th Hoenn gym (Petalburg's gym). However, I fear there is no Tutor or TM for the move Amnesia. The Pokemon must learn it by Level up or by Egg move.
