What have you done before the problem was there?

I got an eevee dat has full likingbar but i gave it a aquastone, but it still only wants to evovle into umbreon ;/

You have to use the stone on the eevee not give it to it. :>

Click on the stone , it'll ask then whom to apply on then press on the evee.
