Crowza Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 The small lake in Viridian City during morning or day time. I found this out myself and Magikarp is the only Pokemon that will spawn there during those specific times. Poliwag will come out at night so you have to make sure its either during morning or night.
