Hello and good evening.  I'm sorry for this disturbance but I wanted to ask if halloween gothita has been added or if she has been added if her rates are made right as this entire event I've spent my time in angel hill and I've gotten 4 hlw ralts,4 hlw togepi and 1 shiny gothita which seems extremely unrealistic not being able to encounter her at least once as I've even gotten her shiny before haloween which is also really strange so I wanted someone qualifed who could shed some light for me onto this situation.I've also asked guildmates and checked forums and noone has gotten her hlw form. I want to know if she's obtainable because if she's not then i want to switch to petilil zone and grind there but im really conflicted. Again sorry for the disturbance
