The move psywave is not giving super attack damage to enemies that it would. None super effective types are working.

Sorry for the late answer and sorry to see that you are having an issue with the move Psywave.

 

The move "Psywave" is does damage that is called "Typeless" which means that it doesn't have the type advantages and disadvantages but still cannot hit dark type Pokémons, it does damage varying between 50% and 150%.
