Question about the halloween items

So I'm just wondering if the items on shop that say (halloween only) can only be used this month? like for instance if i buy a halloween mount will i be able to use it whenever or only during october? 

 

You can use it at any time, "Halloween Only" what this means is that the item is only available during the Halloween Event, if Halloween Event is over the item will disappear from the shop

    I'd like to confirm that Halloween items can be used at any time you want. 
    And they are purchasable only during the Halloween event.
