Description and Message

Hey Pokéfriends,

Just registered myself a few minutes ago and tried to login.

I'm using a Laptop @ work which is connected by LAN.

Idk if it's a serversided Problem or i have problems with the connection of my client.

When i try to login the client says "logging in" and after 1-2 Seconds he says "Can't connect to server.."

I'm wondering since i thought it should work cause im not connected by any proxy and i have admin rights @ the laptop.

Both servers deliver the exact same error.

Thx and

Greetings

Def1re

Well i think i found the problem, the Laptop is connected by a manual proxy config.

But shouldn't the program connect via the proxy aswell?

If i uncheck the box "manual proxy config" and remove the link in internet settings, i will lose connection completely.

If turn uncheck the box with manual proxy config and remove the link in internet settings, i will lose connection completely.

The blue server currently isn't working. It's down temporarily until someone with power reboots it , it's not a problem on your end.

As of this post the blue server is crashed, you shouldn't be able to connect to it. However the red server is currently up, if you are unable to connect to the red server then the problem is likely on your side.

well im pretty sure it has smth to do with the Internet settings at work.

Cause red Server is working if i connect via Phone Hotspot.

Edit:

Problem solved, Firewall settings blocking any Internet connection for a programm which is not in the list.

Edit 2:

Okay problem not solved, added PRO_64_94 to the list of allowed Programms in the Firewall settings.

Still can't connect to any server. There must be anything else which needs to be allowed too.

why cant connect to server??
