Greetings @Neptunenick,

I'm sorry that you had to experience that. I feel very sorry for your inconvenience.

I can understand your frustration.

Great news! We can restore your pokemon.

I only have one question : do you own at least 5 PVE Coins in your Trainer's Card?

I will forward your request once I get your answer!

Kind regards

Hey @Neptunenick,

There is a fast wast to get the few PVE Coins needed to resolve all the issue.

I think you should do a Bug Catching Contest.

Please let me know once you get enough PVE Coins, then I will restore your pokemon and remove the 5 PVE Coins from your Trainer's Card

Kind regards

RockyRaccoon

Hey @Rockyraccoon, you wouldnt be able to just take the 3 PVE coins i currently have and give the pokemon back? because I am only in Kanto and believe I cannot access that area. I would really appreciate it if you can take the 3 and give back the pokemon,

Sorry for this inconvenience, and I'd like to extend this with apologies.

After a double-check on your case, we can see that the Gengar you were talking about was not OT Pokemon.

So you only got 3 PVE Coins from the Collector Joro when you donated your Gengar.

Your Gengar will be restored as soon as possible. Just be patient!

Please, always keep 3 PVE Coins in your Trainer's Card until your pokemon is restored.

Glad to see this issue will soon be solved!

Kind regards
