I am a member in my guild (Limitless) for over a month now. Did my 10 normal pvp ranked matches for the season and I can not access to guild island. Please help.

We feel very sorry for your inconvenience.

 

For you to be able to access Guild Island you must meet the following conditions:

 

Your guild must have access to it through the Top 3 Guild Ranked Ladder, submitting 20 Mysterious Tickets or through a PvE Guild Ladder such as a Dungeon.

You must have joined the guild 7 or more days before the last season ended.

Players have some requirements too: having 10 fights played in normal PvP Ranked, but also having more than 10 points in Ranked PvP at the end of the season. You ended at 7 points last season.

 

Since you didn't meet the rating requirements, you cannot access Guild Island currently.
