Sorry for the inconvenience.

First of all, a normal pokemon cannot become an Event pokemon. It also works on the other side, an Event pokemon cannot become a normal pokemon.

I have checked and you have 6 Halloween Gastly (natures : hasty, docile, naughty, lonely and 2 timid). You also haven't release any of them.

So the Gastly you are looking for is definitely in your pc.
