During Halloween Event, a Party Exp Share Bonus was settled as a test. This test came to an end, when Halloween Events ended. Here is a EV Guide. But be aware that the Exp Share Item is now available. You can get yours at Oak's Aid, at the Stophouse Route 2, where Flash can be obtained. Note that you can only have one Exp Share Item.
