how to found out which Pokemon I haven’t evolved.

For example I catch Electabuzz and Elekid, so it will show both owned on dex but I haven’t get the evolution data +1 from it.

You can find which Pokemons you haven't evolved by looking at your Pokedex! 

Pokemons who you have evolved will have a small star bottom left:  so if you are looking to get more evolution data make sure to check if they got that star or not! 

So to get the evolution data for your Electrabuzz you would have to evolve the Elekid yourself, note that you can't evolve the same Pokemon multiple times for additional evolution data.
