Moonstone party

Hi all, I would like to create a party related to Moon Stone, Just for fun.  I was thinking about:

2 Clefable

1 Umbreon

1 Nidoking

1 Nidoqueen

1 Musharna

 

Now, the questions are:

1) Is It possibile to teach baton pass to Clefable?

 

2) Is It possibile to teach agility to Umbreon?

 

 

It would be cool to raise the defences with Clefable, then baton pass to Umbreon, Umbreon will raise Speed with agility and then baton pass to Nidoking/Queen..

 

What do you think ?
