I only started playing recently and maybe it changed and he can't learn surf even tho he was my starter Pokémon? Any info will help thank you! Shaneod Posted December 12, 2023 Author Share Posted December 12, 2023 Hey I started playing recently and I read if you chose Pikachu as your starter Pokémon you could have him learn surf and I did pick him as my starter Pokémon but when I try to have him learn surf it just says he can’t learn the move so is this a bug? To teach your Pikachu surf you must Have the HM03 (surf) which is Found in a house in Safari are 3 after defeating Victor on route 19. Visit the NPC named Victor on route 19 (south of Fuschia) and ask him to teach your Pikachu surf! Hope that helps you out, please let me know if you were able to teach your Pikachu surf!
