Shroomish not able to relearn spore from move relearner

My Shroomish is level 97, and i wanted it to relearn spore before evolving it to Breloom. But when I went to move relearner its not there, the last move I can relearn is growth. This is annoying because how OP Spore is :(

let it forget stun spore and it can learn spore again.

 

Dont know why thats the case but thats the way it can relearn spore.
