I changed a pokemon by evolution to another player from the jhoto region and he does not have the region unlocked so he cannot return the pokemon to me, is there a solution to be able to get my pokemon again, I needed it to level up in these Christmas times, please ask for help

As spoken in-game with you, the evidence you've provided isn't sufficient to prove what type of trade agreement you had with Zxilenoz.

 

However, was able to speak with him and confirm that the agreement was to simply help you evolve a Clamperl - so it's been returned to you. It should be in the last slot of your PC.

 

In the future, please use the Region Locked Pokemon Megathread as it is the designated thread to resolve cases such as these.
