As I have not seen him in-game, cannot contact him anywhere else and seeing that he has not contacted me back, can a moderator here enforce the trade?

I do not believe this is reportable as they have not commited any definite "infractions", but I would appreciate the trade being done.

I also think that although I did not do much to find them, I cannot really do much else than check in-game for them or wait for them to reach out to me.
