What does changing the form of your Zorua with the NPC in front of "Evergreeen Island Village Cave" do and is it worth it?

Christmas Zorua Event [2023] - Official Tournaments and Events - Pokemon Revolution Online

Via the Elf u have access 72hours to the spawn of Zorua on event Map.
U can catch many as u want there, but only 1 u can change to the Xmas Form.
After change u cant change back, u cant change an other one and u cant trade it anymore.
The zorua for change needs to be ur OT and caught there. 
Possible to change til 7th January.

I thinks its worth, cause its the only way to get the Xmas Form
