I want to use the HM01-CUT power on my pokemon but I can't. I have six Pokémon and I' can't use any of them. I don't know if it's a bug or if I have to perform more actions to be able to use the power.

To use the HM Cut, you’ll need to catch a Pokémon that can use this HM. Since you don’t already have a valid Pokémon for it, I suggest catching a few different Pokémon near your area that can learn this HM.

and going to the learnset section, where you’ll find « Learnable by TM/HM » - this is where you’ll find Pokémon that can learn it.

You can then hunt for a Pokémon - say, Sandshrew -, catch it and teach it Cut!
