For some reason I'm only available to buy the basics in all the pokeshops of the game (even in the Celadon Mall) being these Potion, Escape Rope, Pokeball, Ether, Repel and Revive. Nothing else.

More items will be purchasable if you obtain more badges!

 

Once you obtain the Rainbow Badge, you will be able to buy more TMs :

TM44 Rest, TM138 Sleep Talk, TM33 Reflect, TM66 Light Screen, TM67 Protect

But also more items : Antidote, Great Ball, Super Potion, Super Repel, Elixir

 

Once you obtain the Soul Badge, these items will be available : Ultra Ball, Beast Ball, Hyper Potion, Max Repel, Knockout Drops

 

Once you obtain the Marsh Badge, you will have access to :

TM85 Flamethrower, TM24 Thunderbolt, TM13 Ice Beam, TM15 Hyper Beam, TM22 Solar Beam, TM146 Giga Impact.

 

Once you obtain the Earth Badge, these items will be available : Max Potion, Full Restore
