1. My friend had given his account to me for maintainance until he came back and now we're both planning to do PvP.... But the problem is that since I had his account on my device, does that count as my second account? or would it cause any problems?

Because when I was reading PvP rules, I had come across the rules that a person shouldn't use an account that he doesn't rightfully own and there shouldn't be more than one account on top 25 of a season...

 

2. If it would cause any problems, what steps should I or we(me and my friend) should take in order to resolve the problem?

You cant use your Friend account to PvP.

 

But if you want to use it, you have to do a name change and adding your name or similar to Stark. 

Do I have to change my account name if I want to do PvP in my account?

I don't want to do PvP in my friend account but my friend wants to do in his and I'll be doing in mine...and do we have to change our names in both of our accounts to do PvP seperately?
