Removed 25+ statement

Greetings @Leeluckya

I have removed "25+" part from your thread's title. You can not advertise your Pokemon like that as a result of ATK IV not being at least or above 25. Feel free to adjust your title as you wish, but make sure it is in accordance with General Trade Rules.
