Today I created a new account, because I thought I had lost my old one, and I ended up putting 100 cash into the game and bought 2 mounts, is there a way for me to refund that account and for that?

Because you spent your coins in the Coin Shop, there is nothing that can be done to refund you.

 

I know this is not the answer you might be expected, but it would be unfair towards other players who have made the same mistake in the past.
