You have been asked both in-game and on forums to complete the trade, however, you refused to do so. I highly recommend you to carefully read Auction Rules. Breaking the rules again will lead to even harsher punishments. Quote 1. Making an offer or bid with no intention or means to follow through is prohibited. 2. Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed.
