So I just found out by encountering a Goomy, after looking for it for 2 hours, that it carries Black Sludge.

Of course I didn't know that and used False Swipe on it, just to see how it kills itself. Meh.

 

Is that intended ?

Not gonna use False Swipe on Goomys from now on.. still weird that it carries it.

Yeah but i mean if you are sure the goomy doesnt have black sludge you can just use flase swipe with that lvl 100 pokemon since he doesnt lose hp anyways. And if he has black sludge just load your pokeball cannon and hope for the best.

By the looks of things that is intentional, but yeah, that's kinda unfortunate. pretty much as Mega said should help you for next time, hopefully that wasn't a good one that fainted.

What megaflygon means, just wait one turn, do some boosting move/status move, see if it loses hp from black sludge, if it does, then dont false swipe, if it doesn't use it, false swipe won't kill pokemon, even if they are level 100.

Yeah just letting everyone know now, Goomy can have Black Sludge, lol.
