What have you done before the problem was there?

Hello, I have looked at guides and there I can see that knock off tutor is in game in trainers valley, but I searched every were in trainers valley and I can't find it, only dude that sells TMs, pls help me, is this tutor been removed or moved to another place or is she or he hiding like dude that sells shiny stone in kanto safari. tnx
