I lost nearly a full day of my bms time because client update had issues with mobile and as I have no pc I couldn't login. Is there any type of compensation I could get for that time lost? (Hoping to just get my bms activated for the time I missed out) either way I appreciate the staff for fixing the issues. Also if I'm SOL on my bms time I'll get over it I just figured I'd ask. Thanks

I'm sorry that you had to experience that. I feel very sorry for your inconvenience.

I sincerely can understand your frustration.

 

However, as the problem was independant from our will and comes from Unity, your request must be denied.

It will also be unfair toward other players.
